In actual production, if you feel that the printed matter cannot be dried at the normal printing speed, you must consider replacing the UV lamp.
If the reflector is not installed, about 80% of the UV light will not be able to act on the printed matter due to diffusion, so the UV lamp must be installed with a lamp shade to reflect and focus on the direction of the printed matter. Colleagues, the reflector must be cleaned and maintained at any time. If some paper dust or dust from spraying powder adheres to the reflector, it will affect the reflection effect of the UV lamp; if the UV lamp is not used for a long time, the UV lamp cover should also be closed to prevent dust from entering.
