Check the proofs often. If the printed matter is found to be short of ink, wipe the screen with a clean cotton cloth immediately. Most of this is due to broken plastic film stuck to the printing plate or ink crust drying and blocking the screen. If it is found that the ink color is uneven or becomes light, it may be that the viscosity of the ink is too large. You should immediately stop the machine to dilute the viscosity of the ink with a solvent, and wipe the graphic part of the layout with gasoline at the same time to prevent the ink from bleeding or blocking the screen, so as to facilitate continuous work.  

 

Watch the rules. Due to the constant movement of the plate frame back and forth during printing, the plate and the frame are subject to collision and vibration during the round-trip operation, and a small displacement occurs between the two, resulting in inaccurate overprinting, which affects the appearance quality of the product. Therefore, it is necessary to read the rules diligently, find them in time, and adjust them in time.  

 

Semi-finished products should be stacked neatly. In the process of stacking semi-finished products, be sure to make the two sides of the paper sag and stack. Otherwise, the paper will form an upper bow due to its own gravity, and the two sides of the paper will be upturned and not flat, which will cause difficulties in paper transfer during printing, and often breakage will occur. If the paper stack is uneven, it can be flattened with cardboard. At the same time, the height of the paper stack should be adjusted with the adjustment knob of the paper separation mechanism, so that the paper can be transferred smoothly and the printing process can be carried out smoothly.
