Once the ink is applied to the substrate, it can be cured by applying heat to it, which makes it permanent. This is important to do, particularly for textiles or products that are prone to wear and tear. The final stage is to rinse the screen with a water spray, which removes any leftover ink or emulsion. This process is essential for keeping the screens clean and in good working condition for future use. Without this, the screen may start to show signs of wear, which will affect the quality of the finished product.
