 glass screen printing machine

In the screen printing of the automatic screen printing machine , according to the different raw materials, the method can be divided into liquid type direct method photosensitive offset plate making, pre-sensitized direct method film (water film) plate making, indirect method film plate making, etc. .
1. Liquid direct method photoresist
The advantage of photosensitive adhesive is that the process is simple, economical and practical. Its characteristics are fast exposure speed, durable screen plate and easy film removal, excellent solvent resistance, and its production process is:
Screen pretreatment and screen selection→gluing→gluing→drying→exposure→developing→standby
Its working environment is temperature 15~20℃, relative temperature 50~65%, darkroom operation under yellow light.
2. Water film law plate making method
Process flow: pre-screen treatment and screen selection → film sticking → drying → exposure → development → standby
3. Capillary photosensitive film
Pre-treatment (including roughening and degreasing of wire mesh) – attaching film – film drying – exposure
4. Photosensitive paste direct plate making method
Method: Coat a certain thickness of photosensitive paste (usually diazonium salt photosensitive paste) on the stretched screen, dry it after coating, and then attach it with a plate-making negative and put it into a printing machine for exposure , and then develop and rinse. , After drying, it becomes a screen printing screen.
Process flow: preparation of photosensitive paste, stretched net – degreasing – drying – coating film – drying – exposure – developing – drying – revision – post exposure – sealing net
5. Photosensitive film direct plate making method
Method: The photosensitive film, commonly known as water film, is made of a transparent plastic film with a thickness of 0.1mm as the film base, and a layer of photosensitive emulsion with a certain thickness is coated on one side. Put on the film, the film is adsorbed to the screen by capillary action, and after drying, the plastic film is torn off for exposure and development, and finally the desired pattern is obtained.
Technological process: stretched net – degreasing – moistening – filming – drying – reinforcement – exposure – developing – drying – revision – sealing screen
The above is some small knowledge about the different production methods of screen printing that the screen printing machine manufacturer tells you..
